We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ancient Lines. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item and receive a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Conditions for a Refund:

1. The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

3. The full purchase amount will be refunded to the buyer's account once the product is received in perfect condition.

4. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Once the return has been received and processed, the refund will be issued to the buyer's account within 7-14 business days.
